Our version of this traditional Scandinavian spirit begins with our Signature Whey Distillation Process and Caraway, Fennel, Dill, Coriander, Clove, Cinamon, and Anise. Next, we allow the infused spirit to rest in a time-honored tradition until mature. We recommend it be served chilled. However, that choice is up to you.
